The inquiring minds want to know if designer Marc Jacobs promoting the Russian Babushka or Old Hollywood trend? The designer posted another photo on his Instagram sporting the Babushka trend in a floral-printed scarf by Gucci. But where is this coming from? Well, all roads lead to Demna Gvasalia. Remember during Demna’s AW18 Vetements show the designer sent models wearing Babushka scarves down the runway? A$AP Rocky showed up at LACMA’s annual art and film gala wearing a Babushka-like scarf wrapped around his head and sunglasses. But it looks like Marc Jacob is still crashing on this trend and we are crashing on his instagram posts. Revolutionary isn’t it?
