Kim Kardashian SKIMS X Fendi Collaboration
The latest debut capsule collection was announced by Fendi and SKIMS, collaboration between Kim Jones and Kim Kardashian. This capsule colletion is created with modern woman in mind. Behind it is Karl Lagerfeld's 1979 archival Fendi collection which is all about the pop of color and tight silhouettes.
Kim Kardashian West shared her thoughts on the collection stating,
“Both Fendi and SKIMS have a cultural power very different from each other, but equally as strong. We share a desire to push boundaries, think differently and challenge convention which is why we found so much common ground collaborating on this collection together.”
“Kim Kardashian West is doing a lot to celebrate inclusivity including her admirable work with social justice in America and as a hard working woman with a family, she is constantly striving to do her best. NBA superstar Michael Jordan's worn sneakers just sold for nearly $1.5 million setting a record price at auction for game-worn footwear, according to Sotheby's.
"The most valuable sneakers ever offered at auction -- Michael Jordan's regular season game-worn Nike Air Ships from 1984 -- have just sold at $1,472,000 in our luxury sale in Las Vegas," the auction house said in a statement on Twitter.
In the fifth game of his rookie season Michael Jordan wore the white leather shoes with the red Nike swoosh during his game with the Chicago Bulls.
The pair was a gift from the player to Tommie Tim III Lewis, who was a ball boy for the Denver Nuggets during the 1984-'85 season.

The couple shared their engagement photo on Instagram and E Online confirmed. Surrounded by red roses on the beach Travis Barker proposed to Kourtney Kardashian at Rosewood Miramar hotel in Montecito, California.

Check out photographs of turn-of-the-century New York City, and you see all these crowd shots that are just an endless sea of hats. Bowlers, fedoras, flat caps. As far as the eye can see, everyone's wearing a hat.
Nowadays you see baseball caps here and there, maybe a cowboy hat if you're down in Texas. But the days of everyone wearing a hat are long gone. If you see someone in a fedora these days, they stick out like a sore thumb. So, what happened? Why did American men slowly phase out the hat through the first half of the 20th Century?
This shift actually comes down to a few different changes in American lifestyles. First of all, more people were working indoors after the Industrial Revolution. If you're not out in the sun all day, then a hat is just dead weight you have to carry around. Plus, people were driving cars or taking buses and trains to work, so they didn't need to worry about sun and rain on the way to and from the job, either.
But if we're talking fashion history, it really comes down to the movies.
Even before cars and factory jobs rendered hats impractical, actors in films would generally go hatless because a round-brimmed hat would obscure their face on camera. Americans have always taken their fashion cues from movies and television (think back on how popular black clothes and sunglasses were right after The Matrix came out), so when we saw Rudolph Valentino and Lon Chaney going hatless more often than not, that normalized the idea, and more American men followed suit.
Eventually, hats were simply phased out, owing primarily, but not exclusively, to these factors.

Stealing School is a black comedy parable that reflects the modern-day anxieties and fears of an entire generation of millenials who are facing uncertain futures.
Film tell the story of April Chen (Celine Tsai), an Asian-Canadian tech prodigy accused of plagiarism by her teaching assistant (Jonny Keltz), and forced to stand trial a week before graduation. Complex and layered relationships unfold, and racial tensions and systemic biases are exposed as the trial unravels, forcing viewers to question their ideas of innocence.

Keira Knightley Will No Longer Film In Sex Scenes With Male Directors

Actress Keira Knightley announced on the Chanel Connects podcast that she will no longer star in sex scenes with male directors. The actress believes they are prone to sexual objectification, however she does not intend to refuse such scenes if they are filmed by a woman.
“Partly because of vanity, but also because of the male gaze (male gaze - a demonstration of a female image from the point of view of a heterosexual man, especially with an emphasis on sexual objectification ) I will only do films about motherhood or body acceptance with female directors. This is not an absolute refusal, but a refusal to work with men, ”Knightley explained.
The actress also added that she is uncomfortable participating in intimate filming with men, since she believes that their only purpose is to demonstrate sexual attractiveness: “I no longer participate in these horrific sex scenes where everyone is oiled and moaning. Not interested".
Knightley last starred in similar episodes in the drama Aftermath (2019) directed by James Kent, where she played the wife of the British colonel, temporarily appointed mayor of Hamburg, Rachel Morgan.

Designer Pierre Cardin was born in Venice, Italy but arrived to France at the age of two and grew up in Saint-Etienne.
In 1945 Cardin began to work for Paquin and then Schiaparelli.
In 1966 Christian Dior hired Cardin as a tailor.
In 1950 Pierre Cardin founded his own company at 10 Rue Richepanse and designed masks and costumes.

In 1957 Pierre Cardin traveled to Japan and became an honorary professor of Bunka Fukosa design college and give lessons about his three dimensional cut.
